Our commitment
Citadel treats gaming as entertainment, not income. We work to protect vulnerable players, promote transparent practices, and signpost professional help — confidentially and in line with applicable law.
Self-assessment
If play stops feeling fun — time, money, or mood — use recognised self-assessment tools from the organisations below. Signs can include chasing losses, hiding play, or borrowing to gamble.
Deposit limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps in your account. Decreases usually apply immediately; increases may require a reflection period to support considered decisions.
Self-exclusion
Request temporary or permanent exclusion from Citadel. During exclusion, access and marketing should stop. National registries may apply in your jurisdiction in addition to our tools.
Cooling-off
Short breaks (from 24 hours to several weeks) pause play without permanently closing your account — useful when you want time out without a long-term commitment.
Reality checks
Optional reminders show session duration and spend so you can decide when to stop. Enable them in account settings where available.
Protection of minors
Citadel is 18+ only. We verify age at registration and may request documents. Parents and carers should use device filters and never share login details with minors.
